Facilitating the Transition
THAT, The Owners – Strata Plan No [insert number], pursuant to the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (the Act), RESOLVE to:
1. Terminate the current strata management agreement and transition to self-management.

3. Authorize the necessary steps to: Notify and terminate the current manager’s contract in accordance with its terms.

1. Retain a strata management agreement with insert name of current body corp manager while transitioning to Loma Strata as the support platform for strata-management.
2. Authorise the committee to oversee the implementation of Loma Strata, including responsibility for maintaining and updating content within the platform.
3. Confirm that Loma Strata will be used in conjunction with the body corporate manager’s services to streamline and enhance governance processes.
4. The annual fee for Loma Strata will be [number of lots * $120].
5. Instruct the body corporate manager to collaborate with the committee to ensure seamless integration with Loma Strata.
6. Ensure that all records, financial information, and administrative tasks required for Loma Strata are maintained and accessible as needed by the committee and the body corporate manager.
7. Establish clear procedures for ongoing governance, including the election of a committee, which will liaise with both the body corporate manager and Loma Strata for effective operation.
