For Owners
Payments
Yes. Each subscription is for that particular property. So if you would like to use Loma Strata for both of your units, you will need to arrange a subscription for each of the properties. To find out how to do this, see our guide for getting started here.
Your share will be twice as much as your neighbours who only own one unit in your building (presuming the lot allotments are identical).
Just like you are responsible for paying twice as many levies for your strata, you will be responsible for twice as much of the subscription cost for Loma Stata.
That will come to a $960 annual subscription.
Unfortunately we do not currently support month-by-month. All subscriptions are a one off annual payment.
You can, but we don't recommend it. To make sure that everyone is paying their fair share, we strongly recommend paying for you Loma Strata subscription out of the shared bank account for your building.
Getting Started

We will be partnering with Body Corp Managers who are using Loma Strata over time, so stay tuned if you'd like to find a manager that will use Loma with the community!
